Book a Party

All parties must be booked online.

Please select the party (from the list below) that best suits your needs and select the date and time on the calendar provided. You must complete all the boxes/information requested, a €145 deposit (€150 for Big Pitch party) will be taken and the balance is paid on the party day when we know the exact number of children attending. 

Parties at 11am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm are played on a 5v5 or 6v6 pitch. The cost is €295 for a minimum of 12 children, additional children are €20 each to a maximum of 18 children total.

Parties at 12pm, 2pm & 4pm are played on our 9v9 ‘big pitch’.  The cost is €375 for 16 children and additional children are €20 each to a maximum of 24 total.

We operate children’s parties on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

To ensure the children’s safety and enjoyment we do NOT allow under any circumstances additional children above the numbers included in the party package booked.  Regular size party/pitch 12-18 children, Big pitch party 16-24 children. All children must play on the pitch at the same time.

Our venue is now cashless, we accept debit and credit cards only.

PARTY RULES

  • The party child should be aged between 7 and 15 years
  • A maximum of two children can share a regular size party.  A maximum of three children can share a Big Pitch party. 
  • An minimum of two adults must attend the party for the duration to
    supervise and assist the children during play, food and toilet breaks
  • Our staff do not provide a supervisory function
  • A waiver must be signed for each child each time they attend a party
  • To ensure the children’s safety and enjoyment we do NOT allow under any circumstances additional children above the numbers included in the party package booked.  Regular size party/pitch 12-18 children, Big pitch party 16-24. For larger group you can book two parties at the same time and the number allowed is from 24 to 36 children.
 

We do not provide a birthday cake, candles, cutlery or party bags.

  • NO football boots, mouldies, blades or studs allowed. Suitable foot ware astro boots or trainers
  • NO outside food permitted on the premises with the exception of a birthday cake/cup cakes
  • NO novelty candles or sparklers allowed.  No signs or banners allowed in the party pods

Cancellations

Parties can be cancelled anytime up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event without charge.
Within 7 days there is a cancellation fee of €100.

Changes

Parties can be changed subject to availability up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event without charge.
Within this time frame if there is a second or further change the fee is €25.

Within 7 to 4 days of the party there is a change fee of €75.

Within 72 hours of the party there is a change fee of €100. Within this time frame if there is second or further change the fee is €25.
