PITCH BOOKINGS
- All pitch bookings must be made online at www.dublinindoorfootball.ie
- You must complete all the information requested and a valid card must be used to complete the booking.
- Payment is taken 48 hours prior to play. If we are unable to take payment your booking will be automatically cancelled and the pitch resold.
- You are responsible for booking the correct date and time and for checking your confirmation email.
- Up to 48 hours prior to play you can cancel or change your booking without charge.
- Full Payment is taken 48 hours prior to play and once taken no refunds or changes are permitted.
- Players MUST wear rubber astro boots or trainer, NO football boots, mouldies, blades or studs allowed.
- No spitting or gum on the pitches.
- Only plastic water bottles are allowed on the pitch.
- No jewellery should be worn on the pitch.
- No climbing or hanging from nets or goals.
- No slide tackles allowed.
- The side nets should not be touched or handled during play.
- If you arrive late for your game you will not have the full time booked to play, you are not entitled to stay longer than booked.
- When the booked time is up you must leave the pitch and premises in a timely manner.
- You must not play if you have any injury or are unfit. A degree of fitness is required to play a game for an hour or longer. Play is at your own risk.
- Patrons must abide by all the notices and safety signage in place at the premises.
- Patrons must abide by directions given by staff and failure to do so will result in removal from the premises.
- Patrons should acknowledge that all reasonable efforts have been made to provide a low risk environment however football is a contact sport and a physical activity and as such there is an inherent risk of injury.
- Patrons shall accept that no liability shall attach to the premises for injury, damage or loss suffered to any person as a result of an accident or as a result of the actions of another patron.
- Patrons agree to waive all rights to make a claim in connection with any injury, damage or loss arising from the use of the premises.
- Patrons agree to indemnify the premises against all claims made by any person in respect of injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the action of any other.
- Patrons shall accept that the premises is not responsible for any loss or damage in respect of their personal belongings at the venue or the car park. Parking is at your own risk we take no responsibility for your property. Do not leave valuables in your parked card.
- Patrons shall report any incidents or accident to staff immediately on occurrence.
- You have a duty of care to act and play responsibility when on and using the premises.
