Do you operate children’s parties?

Yes, we operate parties on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week

Do they operate on Bank Holidays?

No, Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

What times do you have?

Parties operate at 11am 12pm 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm & 5pm

How long is the party for?

The party duration is two hours

Can I book a party for a longer or shorter duration?

No, the maximum is two hours. We do not operate parties for a shorter duration.

Do you play football for two hours?

No, on arrival the children play football for one hour, which also includes water breaks. After an hour
the party food and birthday cake is served in the party pod. Once the food is finished the children go
back on the pitch for the remaining time.

How much is a party?

We offer a two hour party for 16 children cost €375 and additional children are €20 each to a maximum
of 24 total.

Can I have more than 18 children?

For a larger group you must book our ‘Big Pitch party’ played on our adult 9v9 pitch. The cost is €449 for
20 children and additional children are €20 each to a maximum of 24 total. Big pitch parties are at
12pm, 2pm and 4pm and you must email us to check availability.

Can I have more than 24 children?

For more than 24 children you would need to book two small sized party for 12 to 18 children, so the total can be between 24 and 36 children.

Is the party child included in the numbers?

Yes, you must include the party child in the total number.

Can siblings attend, are they included?

Yes, siblings can attend but they must stay outside the pitch side if they are not within the age allowed
but they can join in for the party food and cake. Let our party host know the total number eating on the
day and there may be an additional charge.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, the child celebrating their birthday must be 7 to 15 years old, guests can be aged from 6 to 15 years.

Can birthday children share a party?

Yes, we allow for a regular size party two children to share and for a ‘big pitch party’ a maximum of three children to share.

How do I book?

All bookings must be made online at www.dublinindoorfootball.ie under children’s parties.
We do not accept bookings over the phone or at the venue.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes, you pay a €145 deposit at the time of booking and the balance is paid on the party day when we know the exact number of children attending.

What happens once I book and pay a deposit?

You will immediately receive an email confirmation with the party invitations attached. The confirmation will outline how the party operates and the full costs. The waiver link is contained in the email.

Can I make a provisional booking?

No, booking must be made online and a deposit paid.

What happens if I or the child changes their mind?

You can cancel without charge and a full refund of the €145 deposit paid up to 7 days prior to the party.

After this time the cancellation fee is €75 and within 72 hours of the party the fee is €100.

Can I change a party?

Yes, you can change a party date (subject to availability) free of charge up to 7 days prior to the party. Within 7 days the change fee is €75 and within 72 hours the fee is €100.

Cancellation and changes must be made in writing via email to parties@dublinindoorfootball.ie

We do not accept either by telephone or social media.

When do I pay the balance?

The balance is paid on the party day on arrival, when we know the exact number of children attending.

Do I need to advise numbers in advance?

No, we expect the number of children attending to be within the limits of the party size you have chosen
and booked. We do not need to know in advance.

How do we pay the balance?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, a waiver must be signed for each child each time they attend a party at the Sports Dome.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, you should note any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. We will forward a list of allergen’s and you must also reconfirm with your party host when ordering the pizza on the party day.

You must also ensure the child is served their special order.

Can I let you know about an allergy on the day?

No, it is important we have this noted in writing so we can forward a list of allergen’s and the parent can advise the order for their child.

Can we bring our own food?

No, we do not allow any outside food at the venue (you are welcome to bring the birthday cake).

Can I substitute pizza?

No but you can order an alternative or extra food. Advise your host on the day when they are taking your order.

Do you supply Party Bags?

No, you are welcome to bring your own.

Do you operate parties for other sports?

No, we only operate football parties.
